Package Your Items
Carefully pack the unused flooring or decor in its original boxes, ensuring all pieces are secure to prevent damage during transit.
Ship to Warehouse
Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a freight pickup for palletized orders.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects the returned goods, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
